Business Development Executive

Drive new business for our software, AI, and automation services. You'll own the top of the funnel — identifying prospects, opening conversations, and turning them into long-term client partnerships.

What you'll do

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across our service lines.
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of leads through outbound and inbound channels.
  • Run discovery calls, understand client needs, and shape proposals with the delivery team.
  • Negotiate and close deals, then ensure a smooth handover to project teams.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and report on pipeline, conversion, and revenue.
  • Represent Aiventra Digital in client meetings, networking, and industry events.

What we're looking for

  • 3–5 years of B2B business development or sales experience, ideally in software, IT, or digital services.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and pipeline targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable selling technical services and translating client needs into scope.
  • Self-starter who thrives with ownership and minimal supervision.
  • Experience with CRM tools and structured pipeline management.
